Below are some of the most frequently asked questions from some of my Diaper Zoo customers...

Q. Are the diaper characters hard to make?

A. No. Every instructional e-book from Diaper Zoo has been designed with the beginner in mind. Each e-book is anywhere from 13 to 36 pages of very carefully put together, very clear step-by-step instructions. Each step is accompanied by a color photographs to clearly SHOW each step! You will receive information from A to Z., beginning to end. I have even compiled a list of ingredients that you will need to get started with, all the way to putting the finishing touches on it. I break down the instructions from basic diaper rolls, to assembling the characters, to putting the finishing decorations on them. You could almost put them together by the pictures alone!

Q. How do I get my instructions after I purchase them from your website?

A. Your purchase will take you to PayPal. Once your funds have been received, an email will be immediately sent to you that will contain your instant download(s). The e-books are in PDF format. If you have Adobe reader already on your computer, it will open right up. If you do not have Adobe reader, you will need to go to the Adobe website (link provided if needed) and download it. It's free, quick, and really easy. Once your e-book has been purchased/funds have been received, you will have one week from that date to download it and save it to your computer and or print it. No e-mailing, no waiting, no worries! Please understand since this is an instructional item once you purchase it, no refunds are allowed.

Q. Are the ingredients complicated and hard to find?

A. No. Every e-book is carefully designed for you to make your masterpiece from simple everyday baby items! A lot of people have them lying around the house. Here are some examples...

* Disposable Diapers * Infant Socks * Beanies * Pacifiers * Washcloths * Baby Bottles

* Scratch Mittens * Infant Hair Clips * Baby Blankets * Baby Rattles * Etc!

Keep in mind you will also need a few crafting items that you can easily pick up from your local craft store. I can also help you track down some of the more difficult items to find if you are having trouble. Just send me a quick e-mail and I will be happy to assist you in your ingredient "treasure hunt."

Q. What if I am building a design and get stuck and need help?

A. I won't leave you hanging! I am almost always around to assist you with any questions or concerns that you may have. Again, just send me a quick message and I will do my best to get back to you just as soon as possible. (Please keep in mind, I do take time out to eat and sleep once in a while!)

Q. Can I buy some of your designs already made?

A. Yes you may, but please understand I am utilizing this website to specialize in Diaper Zoo e-book designs for all of the future "diapartists" out there. If you would like to purchase a pre-made item, just send me a quick e-mail and I will give you the information regarding how and where to purchase the pre-made characters.

Q. Are the diapers, socks, washcloths usable once the character is finished?

A. Some of them are to a certain extent. In most cases the socks and the washcloths can be used for the new baby if you choose to do so. In most cases the diapers are rendered unusable in order for them to keep their unique shapes and stay that way for a long-lasting baby keepsake. Keep in mind most Diaper Zoo characters are intended as keepsakes and novelty items. In most cases the receiver of these unique handmade gifts do not want to take them apart!

Q. Can my children eventually play with these items?

A. No. Any and all diaper zoo finished items are not intended to play with by children. Most items contain small parts that can be a choking hazard. They are intended for display only, but guaranteed to get many "oooohs and awwwwwwes" from anyone that is fortunate enough to gaze at them!

Q. Can I sell my diaper characters that I make?

A. You are more than welcome to sell the finished product or finished items that result from the purchased Diaper Zoo e-book instructions. You may also take pictures of the items that you made and use those photos to help sell your items. But, all Diaper Zoo instructional books whether in e-book form or paper book form or any form are protected by US copyright laws. Any and all text, steps, knowledge, photographs or anything pertaining to the e-books are not for resale. Please understand you are not allowed to use any Diaper Zoo photos. Diaper Zoo is the original author and creator of these instructional e-books. Copying, altering or reproducing these instructional items in anyway whatsoever is strictly prohibited by law. Resale rights are not included in these purchases in any way shape or form. Copyright violations will result in legal action.

Q. Will you ever run specials on your instructional e-books?

A. Yes. Keep your eyes peeled for a "specials and hot deals page." I will periodically select specific e-books that will be on special anywhere from 5 to 7 days. I will do my best to try and randomly rotate my instructions in and out of being on special every once in a while. So be sure and check back to www.diaperzoo.com every once in a while if you're looking to save a few bucks here and there.
